The Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morgunov, personally took part in the events dedicated to the anniversary.
The ceremony began with a moment of silence to honor the memory of the fallen Defenders of Ukraine.
The event was attended by the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak, the Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region Oleksandr Han zha, as well as leaders of other law enforcement agencies, government officials, and clergy.
As part of the ceremony, DSUIA Rector Oleksandr Morgunov presented awards to the best employees of police units and to police officers currently defending Ukraine on the front lines. This once again highlights the significant contribution of the university’s graduates and staff to strengthening the law enforcement system and their dedication to serving the Ukrainian people.
In his speech, Oleksandr Morgunov emphasized that Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continues to train highly qualified specialists for the National Police of Ukraine, supplying the country’s internal front with professional personnel who serve the Ukrainian people with devotion and bring Victory closer.
