A meeting of the one-time specialized academic council took place at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

Nataliia Shumska presented a dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge “Law” on the topic: “Ensuring the Right to Liberty and Personal Integrity during the Detention of a Person in Criminal Proceedings.”

Chairman of the Council – Vasyl Berezniak, Doctor of Law, Senior Research Fellow, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
