Patrol Police Officers Completed Advanced Training at DSUIA

Twenty-nine attendees of the Qualification Improvement and Specialization Unit of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs successfully completed their training and received certificates.

The police officers represented Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions. Over the course of two weeks, they studied the specifics of duty at checkpoints, patrolling procedures, the basics of explosive ordnance disposal, and the protocols for providing first aid. Special attention was paid to firearms training, tactical and psychological preparation, as well as ensuring public safety under martial law.

At the end of the training, the officers passed a comprehensive final examination, which included both theoretical and practical components. They practiced the action algorithms of patrol police officers in various service-related situations.

The graduates were congratulated by the First Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Ihor Mahdalina. In his address, he emphasized that patrol police officers must possess a high level of professional training and be able to respond promptly to any situation, ensuring public order and the safety of the population. He also noted that the university is ready to offer employment to military veterans to support their adaptation to civilian life.

All attendees received the appropriate certificates.
