A PhD Dissertation Successfully Defended at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs

At the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Daria Nikolenko successfully defended her dissertation to obtain the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 “Law” with a specialization in 081 “Law”.

Dissertation topic: “Criminal Liability for the Illegal Seizure of a Vehicle.”

The defense took place before a specialized academic council chaired by Volodymyr Shablystyi, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DSUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor.

• Volodymyr Myslyvyi, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Information, Economic, and Administrative Law at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”;
