The event was organized for 2nd-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
At DSUIA, 2nd-year cadets pursuing the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in specialty 081 “Law” successfully defended their internship reports. The internship was conducted in various courts, providing the cadets with practical exposure to judicial procedures.
To assess the cadets’ knowledge, a police-themed quest was used, during which they solved situational tasks related to court proceedings.
In addition, cadets demonstrated their skills in pre-medical training, including the proper use of hemostatic tourniquets and bandages.
The internship outcomes confirmed a high level of cadet preparation. Notably, 26 cadets received letters of appreciation from supervisors at their internship locations — including the Industrialnyi, Novokodatskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and other district courts — for their professionalism and sense of responsibility.
These results highlight the effectiveness of DSUIA’s practice-oriented approach in preparing future law enforcement professionals.
