NEWS

Within the framework of the training camp, first-year cadets of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs participated in classes at the tactical training ground, organized by the Departments of Tactical-Special and Firearms Training.

The cycle of classes is aimed at forming in cadets practical skills necessary for performing official tasks in extreme conditions. The trip began with a forced march.

At the beginning of the class, instructors conducted briefings on observing safety measures during the performance of practical exercises and introduced invited instructors, among whom were military veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

During classes in tactical medicine, cadets mastered the principles of providing pre-medical assistance according to the MARCH protocol, in particular, the use of hemostatic tourniquets and ensuring the patency of airways.

Within the framework of engineering training, the arrangement of individual shelters and the camouflage of defensive positions were practiced.

Special attention was paid to firearms training, focusing on safety rules when handling weapons, preparing the assault rifle for firing, and the basic techniques of its use.
