The event was held for first-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Participants of the event received the opportunity to get to know each other better, discover new aspects of communication, learn more about their fellow cadets, and feel the spirit of unity. Cadets shared information about themselves, learned about their comrades and leaders, and also experienced the advantages of team interaction.
Such initiatives contribute to the creation of a favorable microclimate, the formation of trust and mutual respect among cadets, which is the key to successful learning and professional training. The event aimed at establishing friendly relationships, team cohesion, and effective communication.
Summing up, the course leader, Major of Police Ivan Bohatyr, and the deputy course leader, Senior Lieutenant of Police Yuliia Khorolska, emphasized the importance of the event: a cohesive team is the foundation of future achievements.
At the end of the meeting, first-year cadets wrote a message to the future, which they will open after taking the oath to check whether their wishes and goals have come true.
