On the Path to the Future: Motivational Session with a Psychologist for 4th-Year Cadets of DSUIA

NEWS

The Department of Psychological Support of DSUIA organized a motivational session for 4th-year cadets, aimed at setting future specialists for success, providing tools for self-regulation, motivation, and support.

In the session, conducted by psychologist Anzhelika Moroz, cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU participated.

Future police officers analyzed all aspects of cadet life: from professional and educational to personal and social spheres. This helped form a holistic vision, as success in service depends not only on professional training, but also on harmony in other spheres. Psychological tools for supporting motivation, regulating emotional state, as well as issues of positive thinking, time management, and goal setting were discussed.

Specialists note that cadets received practical tools that will contribute to successful adaptation to new conditions and effective realization of their potential.

The Head of the Department of Psychological Support of DSUIA, Serhii Vyshnevskyi, emphasized that psychological sessions with graduating cadets are built on the principle of interaction “professional-to-professional” with consideration of the specifics of the police profession.
