“Psychology of the Future NPU Employee: The Path Through Challenges to Success”: Motivational Meeting for DSUIA Cadets

The event was held for second-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine (NPU).

During the meeting, cadets recognized the importance of nurturing internal resources. The profession of an investigator demands not only deep knowledge and practical skills but also psychological resilience, the ability to manage emotions, and the strength to overcome challenging situations.

Alina Horodnychenko, a psychologist from the Psychological Support Department of DSUIA, emphasized that motivation is key to building resilience, endurance, and the ability to achieve goals in demanding service conditions. She highlighted the importance of developing motivational skills during training to feel confident in future professional activities.

The cadets actively participated in the discussion, sharing their own insights. They noted that motivation not only enhances learning efficiency but also helps maintain psychological balance, focus, and confidence in their abilities.

Serhii Vyshnevskyi, Head of the Psychological Support Department at DSUIA, stated that such events combine educational and psychological aspects of training future law enforcement officers. They foster the development of a resilient and mature personality capable of acquiring knowledge and effectively managing their internal states.
