At the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, investigators and inquiry officers of the National Police of Ukraine, authorized to investigate criminal offenses involving children, completed a short-term advanced training course.
Thirty participants represented the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions.
The graduates met with the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr Yunin, who emphasized the importance of professional training for police officers working with the most vulnerable group of the population — children. He noted that the fate of citizens often depends on the professionalism of law enforcement officers.
The participants studied problematic aspects of criminal procedural law, examined regulatory acts in the field of combating domestic violence, and explored current issues of preventing and countering offenses committed against children.
After successfully passing the comprehensive final exam, all participants received the corresponding certificates.
