On September 17, 2025, the Department of Language Training of DSUIA organized an online event.
The event was attended by academic and teaching staff and students of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The speaker was Megan Ghittos, an associate fellow of the international analytical center GLOBSEC, director of communications and policy of the analytical center for defense and foreign policy issues (London, United Kingdom).
She highlighted systematic crimes against Ukrainian children as a result of Russian aggression, their impact on Ukraine’s future, and international legal mechanisms to counter such violations.
Participants discussed issues of protecting children’s rights, preserving Ukrainian identity, and determining further steps for Ukraine and the international community.
Such initiatives contribute to deepening the understanding of global challenges, forming legal awareness, and preparing future law enforcement officers to protect national interests and human rights.
