The meeting took place with the participation of Ihor Mahdalyna, who temporarily performs the duties of DSUIA rector, and Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.
Under the guidance of experienced chefs, veterans and members of their families mastered the art of preparing dishes from pumpkins and zucchini. Participants learned about the interesting history of pumpkins in Ukrainian cuisine and culture, which spans over 300 years.
Participants prepared and tasted various dishes: pumpkin muffins, cheese casserole, pumpkin salad with mozzarella, pumpkin cream soup, zucchini pancakes with minced meat, cannelloni, and pumpkin stuffed with meat and vegetables. During the masterclass, participants not only improved culinary skills but also exchanged experiences, strengthening social bonds and team spirit.
