The training was attended by cadets of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs and instructors of the Department of Tactical-Special Training.
Practical training was conducted by servicemen of the 15th Operational Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Lieutenant Bohdan Zavada of the National Guard of Ukraine “Kara-Dag.”
Within the tactical-special training section, cadets practiced algorithms for performing service-combat tasks in deoccupied territories, as well as tactics of small tactical groups in open terrain.
Particular attention was focused on communication within a small tactical group, in particular adherence to the key principle “Contact-Cover.”
Cadets also familiarized themselves with the basics of mine safety, in particular procedures for handling explosive objects, including improvised explosive devices.
Servicemen of the “Kara-Dag” brigade spoke about the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in service activities, in particular during the provision of public safety and order at mass events.
The training contributed to the formation of professional skills of future law enforcement officers, deepening the understanding of tactical principles, and preparation for real challenges in service.
