Investigators and inquirers authorized to investigate criminal offenses involving children enhanced their qualifications at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Participants represented Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions.
DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, emphasized the importance of professional training for police officers, which determines their level as specialists. He noted that investigators and inquirers play a decisive role in establishing the truth in each case, especially when it comes to crimes related to children.
The professional development program was successfully completed by 30 participants who studied the main problematic issues of criminal procedural legislation, regulatory-legal acts in the field of combating domestic violence, as well as current aspects of preventing and countering offenses committed against children.
After passing a comprehensive final exam, all participants received the relevant certificates.
