The kettlebell sport team participated in a masterclass under the guidance of an Honored Master of Sports.
The event was conducted by Police Major Valentin Bondarenko, Head of the Department of Organizational-Analytical Support and Operational Response of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Luhansk Region, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, and Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine.
Valentin Bondarenko shared his extensive experience with the athletes. He is a world champion among juniors, seven-time world champion among men, two-time silver and bronze medalist of world championships, as well as a multiple champion and medalist of Ukraine in kettlebell sport.
Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Special Physical Training, Police Captain Dmytro Anisimov, team members practiced the technique of snatch and jerk of kettlebells — key elements of kettlebell sport. Valentin Bondarenko provided advice that will contribute to improving the training process and achieving high results.
The masterclass became an important stage in the preparation of the DSUIA team for competitions and contributed to the development of sports mastery, discipline, and team spirit of future law enforcement officers.
