Police officers of the Dnipropetrovsk region began specialization at DSUIA to deepen professional skills and knowledge. The participants were met by the university’s Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.
Twenty police officers from the Dnipropetrovsk region will undergo training at the Department of Organization of Professional Development and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA. The program covers key aspects of law enforcement activities, in particular issues of human rights, the rule of law, tolerance, and non-discrimination in the work of a police officer, as well as effective communication and interaction between police and the community. In addition, participants will undergo firearms and tactical training to enhance practical skills.
Before the start of the training, Ihor Kovalov conducted a briefing, emphasizing the security component and rules of conduct on the university premises. He stressed that continuous deepening of knowledge is the key to high qualification and successful performance of professional duties.
This specialization program will contribute to enhancing the professional level of police officers, strengthening their readiness to perform service tasks, and developing skills for effective work in modern conditions.
