Detection and investigation of criminal offenses: cadets improve practical skills

A training session for 3rd-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine was conducted by the Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police General of the Third Rank Oleksandr Hanzha.

During the meeting, cadets familiarized themselves with modern challenges and problematic issues that arise in the activities of criminal police officers of the National Police of Ukraine during the detection and investigation of criminal offenses.

Particular attention was focused on the demands of the present that confront operational units under martial law conditions, as well as the specifics of law enforcement officers’ work during the period of armed aggression against Ukraine.

In addition, during the session, certain provisions regarding countering criminal offenses related to the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, and precursors were discussed.

Such sessions contribute to the formation in cadets of practical competencies necessary for effective service in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine and ensuring public order in the state.
