Patrol police officers completed professional development at DSUIA

Twenty-nine trainees of the Department of Professional Development and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA successfully completed their training and received certificates.

Patrol police officers represented Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Poltava regions. Over two weeks, they mastered the specifics of serving at checkpoints, patrolling, basics of explosives handling, and algorithms for providing pre-medical care. Particular attention was paid to firearms, tactical, and psychological training, as well as ensuring public safety under martial law conditions.

The trainees passed a comprehensive exam, which consisted of theoretical and practical parts, practicing the algorithms of actions of patrol police officers in various situations of official duties.

The graduates met with the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov. He emphasized the importance of continuous professional growth and skill improvement, especially in current conditions, and presented the graduates with certificates.
