“We face the task of not only maintaining personnel training but also modernizing educational processes. Our task is to jointly seek solutions that will combine academic knowledge, practical training, and modern teaching technologies. The quality of our graduates – professional, honest, principled, and dedicated to their work – depends on the daily efforts of each of you. I am convinced that the results of our work will become the foundation for new projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening human resource potential and enhancing state security,” emphasized the Director of the Department of Education, Science, and Sports Oleksandr Tarasenko.

Participants discussed pressing issues, including the transformation of educational programs under martial law conditions, directions of state policy in the field of qualifications, development of professional standards, fostering leadership potential among education seekers, and integration of European standards into the system of specialist training.

“The MVS has worthily met all challenges. Not a single departmental institution has ceased its activities; on the contrary, new locations have been created, new institutions have been opened, and infrastructure is being developed. We respond to the challenges of the state and the tasks of the Minister of Internal Affairs. During their training, our students and cadets participate in practical activities, such as maintaining public order in regions and areas and guarding the state border. Therefore, we direct our joint educational activities toward improving the training of specialists and graduates,” emphasized State Secretary of the MVS Inna Yashchuk during the educational forum.

In the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine, education plays a key role in ensuring the state’s sustainability. The training of specialists in the fields of security, law, and public order takes on new meaning – it must be not only professional but also adapted to modern threats and realities.

Holding such events allows not only to recognize the contribution of educators but also to build a strategy for the development of the MVS education system that meets the challenges of the time and contributes to strengthening the institutional capacity of the state.
