The event was conducted for the regional service center of the Main Service Center of the MVS in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation.
The lecture was delivered by the Head of the Department of Language Training of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Iryna Tsarova.
The event was organized with the aim of enhancing the language competence of employees who daily interact with citizens. During the lecture, Iryna Tsarova raised key issues of modern Ukrainian orthography, in particular, the correctness and appropriateness of word usage, euphony rules, specifics of using words and phrases in the genitive and vocative cases. Special attention was paid to the correct use of punctuation marks.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss practical examples, and receive recommendations for improving speech in professional activities.
Such classes contribute to enhancing the level of professional communication, forming a culture of business speech, and ensuring high-quality interaction with citizens. This helps avoid language errors, use modern orthography in documentation and communication, and strengthen the positive image of the state institution.
