On the occasion of Lawyer’s Day, the Department of Operational and Investigative Activity of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine held a class in the format of a brain-ring on the topic “Operational and Investigative Counteraction to Criminal Offenses against Property.”
Cadets of the study group KP-332 took part in the brain-ring. During the intellectual competition, they demonstrated deep knowledge of the operational and investigative characteristics of property crimes, including theft, robbery, and assault.
Cadets discussed the algorithms for documenting such crimes, the peculiarities of solving robberies, assaults, and frauds, as well as analyzed the procedure for processing and using information obtained through the use of operational equipment.
Such classes not only increase the professional level of future police officers but also develop their ability to work in a team, make decisions under time constraints, and effectively apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
