Cadets of the Faculty for Training Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine took part in an educational event for students of the Municipal Educational Institution “Special School No. 12” of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council as part of the “Week of Law and History.”
The main goal of the visit was to increase students’ interest in the history of their homeland, deepen their knowledge of social sciences, and develop their ability to analyze events and apply legal knowledge in everyday life.
The cadets prepared an engaging program featuring interactive elements, short presentations, and creative assignments tailored to the age of the students. Thematic educational weeks serve as an effective tool for fostering interest in learning, stimulating cognitive activity, and broadening students’ worldview.
For the cadets, participation in such initiatives is an important stage in developing professional maturity. Interaction with children teaches responsibility, empathy, and the ability to find an individual approach to each person — skills that are essential for future law enforcement professionals.
