The temporarily acting rector of DSUIA Ihor Magdalina held a working meeting with representatives of the Central Territorial Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Participation in the event was taken by senior officer of the social support department of the personnel section of CTA NGU captain Oksana Kushnir and senior officer lieutenant Oleksandr Smirnov.
Participation in the meeting was also taken by Vice-Rector of DSUIA Colonel of Police Ihor Kovalov, assistant to the rector Volodymyr Kovbasa, heads of structural units of the university.
During the meeting, possible directions of cooperation were discussed. Ihor Magdalina in detail familiarized the representatives of the National Guard with the activities of the university, emphasized attention on the training of qualified specialists for the law enforcement system of Ukraine. Issues raised regarding the development of veterans’ sports, support for employment of military personnel, as well as features of admission to DSUIA.
Such meetings contribute to deepening partnership between educational and law enforcement institutions, allow effective use of the potential of both sides for training highly qualified personnel.
