Before the start of the professional development program, the Vice-Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Colonel of Police Ihor Kovalov met with law enforcement officers.
Thirty investigators and detectives from Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions, who specialize in investigating criminal offenses involving children, will undergo training.
The professional development program covers key problematic issues of criminal procedural legislation, normative-legal acts in the field of counteraction to domestic violence, as well as current aspects of prevention and counteraction to crimes committed against children.
During the briefing, Ihor Kovalov called on participants to treat the training responsibly and emphasized special attention on the importance of compliance with security requirements during classes.
