The event was organized by the department of organization of professional development and specialization of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
During the meeting with police officers, the issue of establishing communication with military veterans who became witnesses of an offense or its direct participants was raised. Relying on his own experience, Oleksandr Movchan told about the features of establishing psychological contact, effective communication, and understanding the emotional state of veterans.
Such classes have significant benefit for police officers, as they help form empathy, increase communicative competence, and ensure a professional approach in interaction with military personnel.
