Binary Class on Civil Procedure

An educational event featuring the participation of a practicing lawyer was conducted by the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine.

The class was organized by Kristina Rezvorovych, Head of the Department. Cadets had the opportunity to deepen their theoretical knowledge of civil procedure and explore real-life cases from legal practice.

The session was held in the format of an active discussion and detailed analysis of practical situations, allowing cadets to experience what it is like to be real participants in a courtroom process. The invited guest, lawyer Stanislav Liflyanchyk, shared his professional experience in representing clients in civil cases, explaining the specifics of preparing lawsuits, collecting evidence, and building effective courtroom strategies.

Such binary classes contribute to the development of professional competencies by integrating academic knowledge with real practical experience. Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) continues to actively involve members of the legal community in the educational process, providing students with access to up-to-date professional practices and promoting their comprehensive professional growth.
