Participation in the event was taken by cadets of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine. The training was organized by the department of special physical training.
For conducting the training joined the head of physical training and sports – head of the physical training and sports service of the training section of the 31st brigade of NGU named after Major General Oleksandr Radiievskyi Lieutenant Colonel Maksym Ternovskyi and instructor of physical training and sports Sergeant Oleksandr Borshchevych.
During the practical training, cadets practiced fighting techniques and physical influence measures aimed at neutralization of aggressive actions of offenders. Special attention was paid to techniques of protection of police officer from use of cold weapons, as well as action algorithms in situations when the attacker can resist one or several police officers.
Such trainings contribute to improvement of professional skills of future law enforcement officers, increase their readiness to act in extreme conditions and form confidence in their own strengths during performance of official tasks.
