Certificates and medals were awarded during a meeting of the rectorate of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
DSUIA cadets took part in the Ukrainian Championship in Free Fight in the “submission fight” category, which brought together athletes of different age groups – children, juniors, and adults.
● 1st place in the weight category up to 57 kg was won by cadet Viacheslav Chornyi (group KP-262-24-1). Based on his performance, the athlete fulfilled the standard of Master of Sports of Ukraine;
● 3rd place in the weight category up to 69 kg was taken by cadet Bohdan Riabchenko (group KP-262-24-1);
● 3rd place in the weight category up to 79 kg was earned by cadet Denys Slavinskyi (group SR-262-24-1).
At the annual national competition in practical pistol and pistol-caliber carbine shooting “FORT CUP 2025,” cadets of the Faculty for the Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police, Kseniia Vynohradova and Dmytro Halaiko, represented DSUIA with honor, demonstrating a high level of professional readiness. According to the results, both cadets took third place in the individual standings in the categories “Juniors” and “Ladies.”
Acting Rector of DSUIA Ihor Magdalina wished the cadets to continue maintaining high standards in sports, achieving success in their studies and future service.
