The event was conducted by employees of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council on the basis of the Departments of Firearms and Tactical-Special Training of DSUIA.
The event was aimed at practicing actions in case of mass casualty situations and providing emergency assistance to victims. The DSUIA cadets took an active part in the process.
During the training, participants practiced the algorithm of primary and secondary triage of victims, the provision of first medical aid, stabilization of the condition of the injured, and preparation for further evacuation.
Such training is of great importance for developing operational response skills in emergency situations, improving the level of interaction between related services, as well as ensuring the safety and preservation of human life in crisis conditions.
