“Main Unified and state registries used in the field of law enforcement activities”: class on criminal analysis

The event took place within the framework of a cycle of practical classes which are conducted by employees of the Criminal Analysis Departments of the Main Directorates of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions.

Participation in the class was taken by cadets of the 2nd year of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the NPU. Experience with the students was shared by senior inspector of the analytical work department of the Criminal Analysis Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia Region Senior Lieutenant of Police Anastasiia Pushkan and inspector of the analytical work department of the Criminal Analysis Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia Region Lieutenant of Police Daria Uhriumova.

Cadets got acquainted with the main state registries that are used by employees of criminal police units for collecting information regarding persons who committed criminal offenses or are preparing their commission. Also, cadets received information regarding the procedure and legal grounds for working in these registries, etc.

Conducting classes in such a format helps cadets form the necessary skills for effective work in the field of criminal analysis.
