At the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine, another binary class on the discipline “Civil Procedure” on the topic “Claim Proceedings” took place, organized by the department of civil-legal disciplines.
The event was initiated by the head of the department Krystyna Rezvorych with the participation of an invited specialist — lawyer Stanislav Liflyanchyk. During the class, cadets had the opportunity not only to consolidate theoretical knowledge but also to see how they are implemented in real legal practice.
In the course of the discussion, the lawyer dwelt in detail on the issues of preparing claim statements, collecting evidence base, forming the legal position of the party, and the specifics of speaking in court. Cadets actively asked questions, analyzed typical mistakes, and practiced skills of effective communication in the process of court debates.

The practical format of the class gave the opportunity to cadets to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of a real court process, receive valuable advice from an experienced lawyer, and realize the importance of a balanced approach to each stage of case consideration.
Such classes are an integral part of practice-oriented training at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs and contribute to the formation of professional competencies of future lawyers, ready to act effectively in the legal field.
