A briefing for participants was conducted by the Vice-Rector of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.

The trainees represent the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions. During the professional development courses, law enforcement officers will study topics related to human rights, anti-corruption legislation, operational and investigative activities, and the organization of solving specific categories of crimes.

At the beginning of the training, the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, addressed the participants and introduced them to the procedures for the course. The discussion included the rules of stay on the premises of the higher education institution with specific learning conditions, as well as safety aspects, including responses to air raid alerts.
