Binary Class at DSUIA: Cadets Studied the Procedure for Making Court Decisions

A binary class was held at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for the Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine.

The event was organized by Kristina Rezvorovych, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines. The session featured lawyer Stanislav Liflyanchyk, who shared his practical experience in participating in court hearings.

Participants discussed topics related to the types of court decisions, the procedure for their adoption and issuance of rulings, as well as the moment when a court decision enters into legal force.

During the session, cadets deepened their theoretical knowledge and received practical advice on the application of procedural norms in real judicial practice.

The lawyer provided examples from his own experience, emphasizing the requirements for the form and content of court decisions, common mistakes made by parties, and the importance of judicial reasoning in ensuring fair justice.

Such binary classes help combine academic training with real legal practice, fostering analytical thinking, legal culture, and readiness for professional activity within the National Police of Ukraine.
