Anatolii Popovskyi is a Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor, and a renowned researcher of the language of fiction, folklore, and linguistic heritage. At one time, he headed the Department of Language Training at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, making a significant contribution to the development of philological education and scientific research.
The university community expresses its deep respect and gratitude to Anatolii Popovskyi for his dedication to science, education, and the upbringing of the younger generation.
