The event aimed to draw public attention to important social challenges and explore modern ways of addressing them through graphics and media content.
Young participants demonstrated that social advertising can not only inform but also foster an active civic stance, stimulate dialogue, and change attitudes toward pressing societal issues.
Participants competed in two categories — “Graphics” and “Video” — presenting works on topics that are currently especially significant for Ukrainian society.
Second place in the “Graphics” category was awarded to Vladа Smoliar, a fourth-year cadet of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine. Her work titled “Home” received high praise from the jury and was additionally recognized by the audience, earning the “Audience Choice Award.”

In the same category, third-year cadet Dmytro Bubyr, also from the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine, was recognized as a nominee for his work “When It’s Hard to Speak — Silence Speaks.”
In the “Video” category, fourth-year cadets Olena Lukyanenko and Oleksandr Yarovyi were nominees. Their work, “Online Does Not Mean Unpunished,” drew attention for its relevant topic of information security and cyberculture, highlighting the importance of responsible behavior in the digital space.
Participation in such contests provides young people with creative experience and serves as a powerful tool for fostering a conscious, active civil society. The cadets demonstrated a high level of preparation, creativity, and the ability to address complex social issues through the language of modern visual communication.
