The 2nd All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference for Higher Education Applicants and Young Scientists “Innovation and Security: Scientific Discourse” was organized by the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The Head of the Council of Young Scientists of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Deputy Head of the Education Quality Assurance Department, Liliia Bobrishova, took part in the event.
During the conference, participants discussed current issues related to the functioning and development of Ukraine’s security and defense sector, as well as innovative approaches to ensuring the effectiveness of its components.
The conference was organized into several sections:
1. Modern approaches to managing and ensuring border security under martial law and during transformation processes in Ukraine’s security and defense sector;
2. Educational practices in training security professionals;
3. Legal support issues in the security and defense sector of Ukraine;
4. The role of canine units in ensuring national security;
5. The foreign language component as a factor in enhancing the efficiency of Ukraine’s security and defense sector (in Ukrainian and foreign languages);
6. Innovative technologies in electronic communications for the security and defense sector of Ukraine;
7. Comprehensive support for the activities of the security and defense sector components: engineering, logistics, moral and psychological support, and unmanned systems and complexes.
Liliia Bobrishova’s participation in the conference contributed to strengthening scientific cooperation between higher education institutions, exchanging experience, and finding innovative solutions in the field of professional training for specialists in Ukraine’s security and defense sector.
