One more successful graduate of the Barrier-Free Driving School of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs — Andrii — received a driver’s license of category “B”. The ceremonial presentation of the document was carried out by vice-rector of DSUIA, police colonel Ihor Kovalov and head of the department of automotive training Yevhenii Khokhlov.
Andrii joined the ranks of defenders of Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the rf. During combat actions he received a wound that led to disability. Despite this, the veteran did not lose the desire for development and independence.
About the Barrier-Free Driving School of DSUIA learned from information in the TCC and decided to try himself behind the wheel. Before this had never driven a car, but already after passing the theoretical exam confidently mastered the practical part of training.
According to Andrii, instructors of the driving school create maximally comfortable conditions for learning, explain in detail all nuances and support during classes. Thanks to modern equipment, adapted cars and friendly atmosphere he quickly acquired the necessary skills and now feels confident behind the wheel.
The Barrier-Free Driving School of DSUIA continues to help veterans, military personnel and people with disabilities to receive new opportunities for realization and independence in everyday life.
