Anatolii Mykhailovych was an outstanding scholar, educator, and researcher of the language of artistic literature, folklore, and linguistic heritage. His long-standing academic work left a significant mark on the development of philological science and education.
For many years, Professor Popovskyi headed the Department of Language Training at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, making a substantial contribution to the formation and advancement of philological education for future professionals. His scientific works, pedagogical mastery, and humanity became an example for several generations of students and colleagues.
