Within the framework of involvement of practical workers in the educational process students of the RTI of law and innovative education of DSUIA met with the head of the Central District Court of Dnipro Mykhailo Katolikyan.
The event was organized and conducted by the head of the department of civil-legal disciplines of the RTI of law and innovative education of DSUIA Volodymyr Kyian and associate professor of the department Vladyslav Saksonov with the assistance of professor of the department Liliia Zolotukhina.
During the class the judge drew attention to actual issues of practical application of labor law norms by national courts in modern conditions.
Was raised the issue of transformation of labor legislation of Ukraine in conditions of martial law, as well as realization of mechanisms of protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of participants of labor relations.
Besides, Mykhailo Katolikyan answered the questions of students, focusing their attention on the practice of application of labor law norms by courts of Ukraine.
