At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, a working meeting was held between the Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, and the ambassador of the flagship project of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine “Movement Without Barriers,” as well as the head of the public organization “I Know You Can,” Olena Osadcha.
During her visit, the guest got acquainted with the university’s material and technical facilities and discussed the implementation of accessibility principles in the educational process and overall activities of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Olena Osadcha also visited the Accessible Driving School and learned about the development of adaptive sports programs, which are actively being implemented at the university.
During the meeting, the parties discussed potential directions for further cooperation, including the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at creating an accessible educational environment and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities.
