The topic of the latest session was “Cyber Hygiene on the Internet. Protect Yourself.”

Practical training sessions continue at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs with the participation of officers from the Criminal Analysis Departments of the Main Directorates of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions. The sessions are designed for second-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine.

The class was conducted by Lieutenant Artem Zadvornyi, Operational Monitoring Inspector of the Criminal Analysis Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk Region, and Senior Lieutenant Mykyta Vovk, Senior Inspector of the Analytical Work Department of the same directorate.
The topic sparked an active discussion and a series of questions, which were addressed by the practitioners.
Cadets gained new knowledge about safe and responsible internet use, learned how to minimize the risks of falling victim to phishing attacks and malware, and discovered best practices for using browsers and Wi-Fi securely.
Organizers emphasize that the purpose of such sessions is to strengthen the practical component of the educational process and to enable cadets to gain knowledge and skills directly from experienced professionals.
