A meeting dedicated to fostering and maintaining academic integrity during the educational process was held at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The discussion was conducted by the Acting Head of the Department of Information Technologies, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Yuliia Synytsina.
Together with the students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education, key aspects of the DSUIA Academic Integrity Regulations were reviewed, including the fundamental principles of academic integrity, responsibility for violations, and the procedure for submitting a Report on Academic Integrity Violations.
Students received practical recommendations on avoiding violations, proper citation, and correct use of sources, as well as learned about tools that help ensure academic transparency and honesty.
According to the organizers, fostering a culture of academic integrity is an important step toward the professional development of future legal practitioners.
