DSUIA Joined the Events Marking the Day of Dignity and Freedom

NEWS

A ceremonial flower-laying took place at the Memorial Alley of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and fallen ATO soldiers. The event was attended by the Acting Rector of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Ihor Magdalina.

Representatives of city and regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, the public, and local residents laid flowers at the monument dedicated to the Heavenly Hundred. Those present honored the memory of everyone who, during the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity, fought for the right to live in a free country — those who were killed on the Maidan and those who died defending Ukraine’s independence in the war.

The Day of Dignity and Freedom is a symbolic date for modern Ukraine, as November 21 marks the beginning of two revolutions: the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity.
