Today we honor the events and the people who changed Ukraine forever. This is a day when the value of freedom, the responsibility for our own choices, and the strength of our shared resilience are felt especially deeply.

This day holds a special meaning. Every day, I see how our cadets, students, lecturers, and staff embody the very principles for which our country fought and continues to fight: dignity, integrity, mutual respect, and readiness to act for the sake of the state. These are not just words — they are an inner core that shapes future professionals and citizens.
We are different, yet we are united by the desire to live in a country where freedom is a reality and dignity is the foundation of every decision.
And I truly believe that our daily work, perseverance, and unity are a contribution to our shared victory.
I wish everyone strong faith, inner strength, and unwavering hope.
