The event was organized by the Department of Information Technologies with the support of the university administration and with the participation of IT expert Dmytro Dobrytskyi.
The elective session titled “Specifics of Managing an Outsourcing IT Company in the Modern IT Market: Challenges, Approaches, and Prospects” was opened by the Acting Head of the Department of Information Technologies of DSUIA, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Associate Professor, Yuliia Synytsyna.
The session was attended by cadets and students of DSUIA, as well as students of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev.
IT expert Dmytro Dobrytskyi joined the participants online.
During the meeting, issues related to managing an IT company under wartime conditions were discussed, including maintaining efficiency and team cohesion in a situation of complete uncertainty.
The discussion also focused on current competencies required of IT specialists and the skills most in demand on today’s labor market and in the near future. Special attention was given to the use of artificial intelligence in IT product development, innovative approaches, and AI tools that enhance productivity and quality.
