For cadets of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the NPU was conducted a lesson on the topic “Psychology of legal activity. Psychological features of advocacy activity”.
The theoretical part was presented by candidate of psychological sciences associate professor associate professor of the department of psychology sociology and pedagogy Inna Shynkarenko who revealed psychological aspects of lawyer’s thinking professional responsibility and ethical behavior in complex legal situations.
The practical dimension of the topic was presented by practicing advocate Anhelina Chypets. She shared real cases features of communication with clients techniques of work in conditions of conflict and high stress.

Organizers of the event consider that for future specialists of pre-trial investigation understanding of psychological mechanisms of legal activity is the basis of professional effectiveness because psychology helps to establish trust during investigative actions make balanced decisions avoid professional burnout etc.
The combination of theory and practice made the lesson especially valuable for formation of communicative competencies necessary for future investigators.
