Meetings with high school students were held both in-person and online, joined by institutions from Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol, and Pavlohrad.

Thus, DSUIA representatives personally visited Dnipro Lyceum No. 142 to share the specifics of studying at the university, talk about the specialties in which future law enforcement officers are trained, as well as the prospects for further employment in the units of the National Police. The event was conducted by Marina Lohinova, a lecturer at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines and a police captain, together with university cadets.
The students shared their own experiences of studying, participating in practical classes, training sessions, volunteering, and sports activities.

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Institute of Law and Innovative Education met with students of Dnipro Lyceums No. 67 “Dzherelo” and No. 33. They spoke about the advantages of the legal profession, computer sciences, and psychology, as well as the required admission scores, study opportunities, and internship options.

Career guidance work continued in Zaporizhzhia, specifically at Zaporizhzhia Specialized School with In-Depth Study of Foreign Languages No. 7, Zaporizhzhia Academic Lyceum No. 46, and Zaporizhzhia Lyceum No. 71. The events were led by Alina Hakusha, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure at DSUIA and Police Major, together with Senior Inspector of the COV UKZ of the National Police Headquarters in Zaporizhzhia Region, Police Lieutenant Alina Huliaykina, and Senior Inspector of OD UKZ of the National Police Headquarters in Zaporizhzhia Region, Police Captain Anna Bruy.
During the meetings, students were introduced to information on admission requirements and procedures for entering DSUIA in 2026, as well as selection criteria and key features of the educational process at the university.


An online career guidance event in Pavlohrad for students of Lyceums No. 1 and No. 5 was conducted by Anton Mariienko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology and Police Lieutenant Colonel, together with fourth-year cadet Mariia Khlivna. They discussed modern labor market trends, choosing a relevant specialty, and opportunities for obtaining higher education at DSUIA. Mariia Khlivna answered questions regarding student and cadet life, study specifics, and the activities of sports clubs and academic societies at the university.

Deputy Dean for Educational and Research Activities of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police, Maksym Bohuslavskyi, together with Inspector of the Personnel Support Sector of the Nikopol District Police Department of the National Police Headquarters in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Captain Daria Zhyro, held an online career guidance meeting with students of Nikopol Lyceum No. 8.
Graduating students learned about admission procedures and requirements, faculties and specialties available for cadets and students, and received comprehensive answers regarding career prospects.

Such events significantly support young people in the process of choosing a profession and planning their future career, as well as help increase students’ awareness of opportunities for education and professional development.
