A joint practical class was held at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine.
The event was conducted by the Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Khrystyna Rezvorovych, with the participation of attorney Stanislav Liflianchyk.
During the class, the cadets worked with the real case scenario of a civil matter, distributing among themselves the roles of participants in the judicial process. They completed a full range of procedural actions: preparing statements of claim, responses, draft rulings, and court decisions. This format allowed them to develop analytical skills, improve legal argumentation, and learn to apply legislative norms in practical situations.
At the end of the session, participants analyzed the results, exchanged views on the resolved cases, and discussed possible ways to improve judicial practice in the field of civil procedure. The class demonstrated the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods and contributed to the development of practical skills necessary for work in civil justice.
The event was held in compliance with all safety requirements.
