The session was conducted by the educator of the Dnipro Lyceum of security orientation and national-patriotic education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev, Police Major Pavlo Smirnov.
The training was conducted with the aim of encouraging the lyceum students to engage in sports, to develop strength qualities, to temper the sports spirit, etc. Attention was focused on the basic elements of wrestling.
Practiced were standing wrestling techniques, throwing technique, acrobatic component, and functional training.
Such activities contribute to the physical development of the lyceum students, form discipline, endurance, and team spirit, and also promote a healthy lifestyle and engagement in sports among young people.
