The event was conducted for cadets of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine by the head of the department of civil-law disciplines Krystyna Rezvorovych and advocate Stanislav Liflianchyk.
During the class higher education seekers analyzed a real factual circumstance of a court case regarding deprivation of a natural person of parental rights: among cadets were distributed roles according to the participants of the process present in the case was conducted analysis of procedural actions were drawn up statements of claim responses court rulings and court decisions. This contributed to the development of analytical thinking formation of argumentation skills and ability to apply legislation to a specific situation.
At the end of the class participants discussed the results of the solved cases made conclusions and outlined prospects for improving judicial practice in the field of civil procedure.
